Though we have some comforting updates on Superstar Rajinikanth's health, reveals that his health has been improving, sources convey that the 61-year-old actor is likely to leave for Singapore for further treatment.
Sources close to Superstar say that the actor has been booked as a 'wheelchair passenger'. His wife Latha Rajinikanth and daughters Soundarya are expected to accompany him.
He has been suffering from acute gastro-intestinal and respiratory problems since April 29. The sources reveal that Rajinikanth is in a ward (not ICU) at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre, Porur, Chennai; this is the third time in two months that he has been admitted to hospital.

Ajith and Chakri Toleti who is fame of Unnaipol Oruvan are all set to begin the most awaited Billa 2 in June. The sequence is produced under the banner of Wide Angle Creations which was led by George Pious and Suresh Balaje, son of producer-actor K. Balaje, who produced the original Billa with Rajinikanth in 1980 and presented by Mumbai based Sunir Kheterpal, CEO of IN Entertainment (India) Limited, part of the Hinduja Group. Popular model Huma Qureshi, who has done ads for many leading brands, will play the love interest of David Billa in this film.
The development team at INE in Mumbai is presently working on the story and screenplay of Billa 2 with comments from the director. Unlike Shahrukh Khan's Don 2, Billa 2 is not a sequel, but is being designed as a prequel to Billa, which will focus on the journey of how David became Billa.
Technical team of Billa 2 includes cinematographer Hemant Chaturvedi, editor Sreekar Prasad and music director Yuvan Shankar Raja. Other details about the cast and crew will be finalized soon.

Sources close to the production has said that there are possibilities of the Vishwaroobham movie being dropped. It is because Kamal Hassan has shifted with the Tamil version of Malayalam movie Traffic. On the other hand, Selvargahavan is completely busy with Erandam Ulagam.
It is said that the director is planning to start a bilingual movie with Telugu actor Allu Arjun in the lead, which means Vishwaroobham might not happen in the near future. Adding to it, musician Harris Jayaraj's tweet has added some indirect message to the speculations Vishwaroobham's status.
He wrote, “I am starting my next Telugu film by August with Allu Arjun and Shruti on the lead for which Selvaraghavan does the direction.”

This is the third time in two months, Superstar Rajinikanth was admitted to hospital, this time to Sri Ramachandra Hospital in Chennai on Saturday due to pneumonia, renal and gastro-intestinal problems. The 61 year old actor is currently being treated for recurrent respiratory infection and a stomach ailment.
Rajni was first taken to the hospital from the sets of his much awaited Rana when he complained of fatigue and vomiting on April 29. This was the first time in his career that he was hospitalized for a health condition on the sets. Rajni’s ill health was a matter of great suffering to his fans and Kollywood.
Now it would be interesting to know the fate of his much awaited film Rana, directed by K.S. Ravikumar. In this film, Rajni plays a triple role and Deepika Padukone is one of the female leads. It is said that in Rana, waiting for superstar.

The buzz is that in a bid to hit out at Vijay's detractors, there will be a lot of punch dialogues in this film produced by Aascar Ravichandran. Vijay Antony has come out with some peppy mass songs that will surely become chart busters.

The famous Superstar Rajinikanth, who was admitted in a hospital last week regarding problems in bronchitis and fever, has been discharged today. Still, the doctors have advised him to take rest at least for two weeks. Sources told that the actor may visit to a cooler place for a small holiday. Rajni has also visited Goddess Kalikambal temple and the Pamban Swamigal Ashram in Chennai to pray god. This is the second time the southern Superstar was hospitalized in a week. Earlier, the actor complained about some illness in the sets of his forthcoming film Rana and was rushed to hospital immediately.
