Actor Aadhi has completed couple of projects simultaneously and not in news about the film's shooting for long time. One film based on mother-son sentiment named "Ayyanar" and another one was "Kumbamela" which is a emotional story of father-son relationship.

The "Nadodigal" fame produced Michael Rayappan is also produced this film and directed by Vijay Prakash. In this, actress Poorna stars opposite Aadhi as a college student, others actor Ravichandran, actress K.R.Vijaya have prominent roles.

Suresh had important role that would be powerful than his role in "Aasal".

Sources said that the name of the film is changed from "Thiruvizha" to "Kumbamela". Director reported that he could change this title too if need.
