Vijay is in deep trouble because of his continuous failures. After Sura bombed at the box-office. The theatre owners have called for an emergency meeting to discuss the status of screening the forth coming films of the actor.

Vijay has done seven films in last five years. Out of Aadhi, Pokkiri, Azhagiya Thamizh Magan, Kuruvi, Villu, Vettai Kaaran, Sura only Pokkiri fetched normal profit. Other films made huge loses to the theatre owners. Particularly his recent release Sura made unbearable loss to both distributors and exhibitors. To compensate the losses, the theatre owners are asking Vijay to do a film exclusively for them. If Vijay refuse their demand, they are planning to issue a red-card to the actor and won't screen his films in future.

To discuss the issue theatre owners are holding an emergency meeting today in Chennai. Due to his monotonous acting, not only the people but also his fans are not ready to watch his films no more. Some theatre owners say that unless he changes his style of acting, people won't come to his movies.
