After the hit movie Vaanam,Simbu is committed with 3 projects.One of them is Osthi which is the tamil version of the Hindi super hit movie Dabaang. In hindi salmankhan where did this movie. In tamil Dharani is going to direct this movie. After a long gap,Revathy is going to come back to the tamil cinema by this movie. First time Simbu is going to do a cop roll in this movie, in hindi it was done by salmankhan. Revathy is playing Simbu's mother role done by Dimple Kapadia in Hindi.  Jitthan Ramahes is coming as Simbu's brother. Richa Gangopadhyay comes as simbu's pair in this movie. Thaman is the music director of the movie.  The STR said that he wants to do all genres of film and doing as cop is different thing for him and he said that Dharani will surely add him a new color. And the film shoot is going to start next month.
