The hero of film "Rail payanangalil" calling Srinath aged 50 suicided today. He acted around 100 films including Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

The superstar in malayalam "Mohal lal" starring "Sihar" film shooting is going on Kodhamangalam, Ernakulam district. Srinath also acting in main role in this film hence he stayed one hotel there.

Getting too delay to open the door today morning. So, the hotel management people suspected and informed to police who entered into room by broken the room door.

Srinath suicided by cut his wrist and died already. Police captured his body and sent it to Beysellias hospital at Ernakulam.

T.Rajender directed the film "Rail payanangalil" and Srinath roled as hero on 1980s and became super hit. Afterwards, he became popular in malayala film industry through the films "Shalini yendey kootukkari", "Yethu nijangaludey ghatha", " OOru CBI Diary kurippu", "Kireedam".

He acted in "Kerala cafe" malayala film finally. Apart from these, he acted in TV serials too. He accepted to act in tamil films after long years.

He acts in "Rani maha rani" serial which broadcasting in Vijay TV. He married sister of director Suresh krishna calling Shanthi krishna. Arouse different opinion between them hence they got divorce.

Srinath remarried one lady later. He was in election for "Aatingal place at kerala" as a supporting party for Shiv shena in last parliment election and defeated also.

The reason is unknown for his death.
